Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales & Talent Acquisition Specialist
to drive business growth by identifying sales leads and supporting
recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop sales leads through various channels
and conduct market research
Engage with prospective clients and prepare compelling client
proposals
Collaborate with the Recruiting team to source and pre-screen
qualified candidates
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting
preferred
Comfortable with software tools, CRM, ATS, and AI integrations
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
Own a PC/laptop and have a stable internet connection (min. 20
Mbps)
Quickly adapt to new technology and integrate AI into workflows
