Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their east
coast Client Success team in a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Support the strategy development, implementation, and renewals of
New York employee benefit programs
Interface with clients and vendors, driving marketing and financial
reporting for RFP and renewal requests
Provide strategic and operational support to Client Managers and
Partners, performing technical and analytical functions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of benefits analyst or related experience within a
brokerage setting, with recent experience supporting New York
employer groups (50-100 lives)
Strong knowledge of small group plans, products, and financial
arrangements including fully insured and level-funded
Strong client service skills with the ability to cultivate
relationships with team members and external vendors
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite
