Be a go-to resource for residents, addressing questions and concerns while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.Be a Team Player! Work in conjunction with the Property Management team to meet the leasing and renewal goals for the property. What You'll Bring to The Team: You're passionate about helping people find their next home.You're an excellent communicator with a knack for building relationships and making people feel at ease.You have a sales-driven mindset and follow through on every lead.You're tech-savvy and can easily navigate property management software and social media platforms.You're detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a pro.You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (a plus, but not required!).
