Location:Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior LivingWe are hiring part-time Certified Medication Aides (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs. -All of our clients live within our gated retirement community, which means no travel once you are on campus!Compensation: Up to $25.00/hour including shift differentials, based on experience$5,000 Sign on Bonus for part-time positions!   • Current license for Medication Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
  • Current license for Nurse Aide registered with Virginia Board of Nursing
  • Current First Aide & CPR Certification required

    • Administration of medication to residents
    • Assisting residents in activities of daily living
    • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging

    • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
