Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Technology Innovation, Project
and Change Management Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR technology
projects to align with strategic objectives
Drive innovation by implementing new tools and processes to enhance
efficiency and employee experience
Manage change processes associated with HR technology
transformations, including stakeholder communication and
training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of related experience,
or a Graduate Degree with 10 years, or 16 years of related
experience in lieu of a degree
At least 6 years of experience in leading HR technology projects,
including system implementations and upgrades
Strong understanding of HR processes and data, and how technology
can improve these areas
Experience with change management principles and methodologies
Excellent project management skills, with certifications such as
PMP or Prince2 preferred
