A company is looking for an Executive Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle executive search engagements, from sourcing to
offer negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand
their leadership hiring needs
Identify and engage senior-level talent through proactive sourcing
and networking
Qualifications & Experience
5-7 years of executive recruiting experience, preferably in both
agency and in-house environments
Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering on
executive search mandates
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other
tools
Experience working across various industries and functional areas
is a plus
Ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced
environment
