Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchandising Manager for UGG Kids'
FW in the NA Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and communicate the strategic merchandising vision for UGG
Kids' Footwear across DTC and WHSL channels
Partner with planning teams to develop seasonal merchandise
financial plans and forecasts
Utilize consumer insights to inform assortment strategies and
manage key items and franchises
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of merchandising or buying experience
Experience in both DTC and WHSL environments
Proven track record in team management and cross-functional
collaboration
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for
strategic decisions
Experience in influencing within a matrixed organization
