Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Open Market Solutions
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Gather quotes for large group, small group, and ancillary products
from various carriers
Develop detailed proposals highlighting the return on investment
for different benefit plans
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend
appropriate carriers and benefit plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
Typically 12+ years experience in benefits administration or
related field
Health and Life License within 180 Days preferred
Strong understanding of employee benefits, including health,
dental, vision, and ancillary products
Knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and laws
