**Clinical Manager Opportunity**Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a dedicated Clinical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in our 36-bed Long-term Care neighborhood.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse on a nursing unit, with a strong background in skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living. You will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the clinical care of guests/residents, maintaining clinical practice and processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.**Responsibilities:**

• Coordinating and implementing clinical care plans for guests/residents
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including MDS, care plans, and incident reports
• Monitoring infection control practices and collaborating with clinical leadership to develop effective monitoring processes
• Analyzing and implementing Quality Improvement measures for clinical indicators and benchmarking
• Collaborating with Staff Development Coordinator to ensure required training and competency reviews are completed**What We Offer:**
