Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle
Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for a network
of clinics, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue capture,
reduce denials, and improve collections
Monitor and analyze revenue cycle metrics and KPIs, providing
regular reports and actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Proven track record managing RCM for multi-site urgent care and/or
primary care organizations
Deep knowledge of FFS commercial and government payer contracts,
including Medicare and Medicaid
Strong understanding of billing and coding processes, compliance
standards, and industry regulations
