Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr Marketing Cloud Product Manager to implement Marketing Cloud for its Servicing and Lending business channels.



Key Responsibilities

Act as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, shaping strategy and delivery of enhanced features
Oversee the transformation and stability of Marketing Cloud products, ensuring scalability and compliance
Maintain the Marketing Cloud roadmap and engage with business stakeholders to prioritize new capabilities



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of product manager or product owner experience managing a successful product lifecycle
Experience in scaled agile development scrum teams, coordinating solution design and deployment
Experience in the mortgage lending or servicing industry preferred
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred
